one thing I noticed was the limited variety in the breakfast spread. While it included fresh, local ingredients, I wished for a few more options to choose from. The staff were exceptionally attentive throughout our stay, making the experience memorable.

The Deluxe Double Room was cozy and beautifully decorated, making it a real treat. I loved the luxurious bathroom amenities, which added a nice touch. The room felt spacious, but the shower was a bit small, and I did feel some cold air coming in from the window during the night. Otherwise, it was comfortable and clean, so not a big deal. Just wish the shower could’ve been better!

Every morning, we were treated to a scrumptious breakfast featuring local delicacies, and the elegant atmosphere truly made us feel like nobility.

Plus, the location is perfect for exploring Florence, with attractions just steps away. The staff made us feel right at home, especially with their welcoming Prosecco.

I can't even describe how very nice the staff were! They helped us set up a surprise birthday cake, all while I thought I was the master planner! It arrived beautifully set up, alongside a bottle of Prosecco The breakfast had this amazing honeycomb that I couldn't get enough of!
